Product Manager, Search Intelligence
Time: Full-time
Location: Aarhus
Start date: ASAP
The Opportunity
Search is being reinvented. AI Overviews, LLM-generated answers, and zero-click results are reshaping how brands win, or disappear, in search.
AccuRanker is the leading rank tracking platform trusted by thousands of SEO professionals and agencies worldwide. We sit at a rare intersection: proprietary SERP data infrastructure, a loyal customer base, and a product roadmap that spans traditional rank tracking, AI search visibility (AccuLLM), and raw data intelligence (AccuSERP).
We are a lean, profitable team of ~25. No bureaucracy, no PM committees. You will own the product direction and work directly with the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap across AccuRanker, AccuLLM, and AccuSERP, prioritizing with clear business cases, not gut feel
- Run structured customer discovery: interviews, churn analysis, win/loss reviews, and turn insights into validated product hypotheses
- Map the competitive landscape continuously: Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, and the new wave of AI visibility tools entering the market
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, especially where AI disruption creates white space
- Partner with engineering on scoping and delivery, and with marketing on positioning and launch
- Contribute to strategic narratives for investors, partners, and potential acquirers.
What We Are Looking For
Must-haves
- 3–6 years of PM experience in B2B SaaS
- Genuine domain knowledge in SEO, search, or MarTech
- Strong discovery skills, you love talking to customers
- Can write a business case and defend it with data
- Comfortable in a small, fast team without layers of support.
Strong plus
- Experience shipping AI-powered product features
- Understanding of data APIs, scraping, or infrastructure products
- Pricing strategy and monetization experience
- Network in the Nordic SEO or agency ecosystem
- Have worked in a scale-up (10–50 people).
Who Thrives Here
You are a builder at heart, someone who gets energy from understanding a market deeply and shaping what gets built. You do not need a big team around you to get moving. You are comfortable with ambiguity, and you treat product decisions like bets: hypothesis, test, learn.
You will not be running sprints for someone else's vision. You will help define the vision.
Hiring Process
- Intro meeting with our ?????
- DiSC + GIA test and case
- Evaluation of tests + culture fit interview
- Negotiation and offer.
