Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and outreach.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong desire to build a career in sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills. (In English)
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not necessary.
